• Processing Time: Print-on-demand items are made to order and typically take 3–7 business days to produce before shipping.

• Shipping Times (After Production):

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

• Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

• Digital Products: Digital products (such as the Etsy Digital Playbook Course) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No shipping applies.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at karvelcreations@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will make it right.

• International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
